Alexander Gayle is one of Coventry's best kept music secrets. The 67-year-old Jamaican, who lives in Henley Green, is better known as Count Spinner. He's among a group of people celebrated for bringing reggae and ska to the ears of music fans in Britain. In the 60s, he fronted one of Coventry's first "sound systems" and continued working in music through the 70s and 80s.
